Role Overview:

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join one of our Nearshore teams working with international clients across Europe.

This role can be performed remotely, or from our Lisbon or Porto offices, depending on your preference.

As a Site Reliability Engineer at Neotalent Conclusion, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, stability, and scalability of mission-critical IT environments. You will help design and maintain observability platforms, enable self-service monitoring capabilities, and provide technical support to guarantee system resilience. Working closely with platform, operations, and development teams, you’ll contribute to building and optimizing observability solutions that keep critical applications running smoothly and securely.

 

What you will do:

• Build, configure, and maintain observability platforms (e.g., DynaTrace, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix);

• Enable self-service monitoring and observability capabilities for development and operations teams;

• Act as a technical expert in incident management and problem resolution, ensuring service availability;

• Collaborate with operations, platform, and service management teams to improve system performance;

• Contribute to automation and innovation efforts across CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and deployments;

• Document observability practices, provide training, and support knowledge-sharing initiatives;

• Ensure compliance with performance, availability, and scalability requirements across mission-critical environments.

 

What you are like:

• Hands-on experience with observability tools (such as DynaTrace, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix);

• Familiarity with deployment, configuration, and monitoring of applications in production;

• Strong automation knowledge with tools like Puppet, Terraform, or equivalent;

• Broad knowledge of pipelines, platforms, and related DevOps tooling;

• Knowledge and practical experience with container services (Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Docker Swarm);

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
