Our proprietary technology allows ours brands to send - for each of their customers - the right message, at the right time and on the right channel, and integrates with all marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Adobe, Selligent, Oracle, Braze, Airship, Batch, etc.).
With growth of +50% in the last 12 months and nearly 100 brands supported, notify is stepping up its product development in four areas :
- Artificial Intelligence R&D to identify new algorithmic models for modeling and anticipating customer behavior
- CRM orchestration: performance optimization, marketing pressure management, reduction of the digital carbon footprint
- Development of business functionalities for CRM activation of brands - System interoperability with all partner solution’s
Your Role
You will be a member of our Squad Product, which current main mission is building a brand new CRM platform for our customers.
You will be responsible for building, maintaining and optimizing the backend part of this project using Laravel, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless user experiences. This role requires strong backend development skills, problem-solving ability, and a keen eye for detail.
Your Duties
As part of your duties, you will have to:
● Design, develop and maintain scalable and secure API endpoints using the Laravel framework
● Collaborate with front-end developers and product managers to deliver features and improvements
● Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that you’ll be proud of (and that others will love working with)
● Integrate internal and third-party APIs, databases and cloud services (i.e.: AWS, GCP, Snowflake and others)
● Contribute to code reviews, sharing constructive feedback and upholding best practices to ensure code quality across the team
Profile / Backgrounds
Higher education - Engineering School or a self-taught Geek.
Requirements
● Solid experience working with Laravel (2+ years preferred) or strong PHP background with proven Laravel projects
● Ability to quickly understand and contribute to an existing codebase
● Proficiency in PHP, MySQL and Laravel ecosystem
● Experience with designing and consuming RESTful APIs
● Strong understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles
Nice to Have
● Knowledge of unit and feature testing (PHPUnit/Pest)
● Experience with queues, events and background jobs
● Understanding of role/permission management and user access control
● Awareness of security best practices (SQL injection prevention, CSRF, XSS, API rate limiting)
● Experience with version control systems (Git)
● Knowledge of CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions)
● Experience with Docker
● Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
● Comfortable working with Linux/Unix Systems

● You have a pronounced taste for creating new solution and have a curious mind, you can creatively find solutions and solve problems
● You are methodical, rigorous, organized and never say no to coffee
● Responsiveness with good adaptability to short deadlines
● Agile, ability to evolve within a matrix structure (blue pill red pill)
● Excellent relationship and team spirit
● Ethics and integrity
● Excellent command of computer tools (At least we hope so...)
● Good level of English in written and oral communication
