Change/Release Manager

Profile description:

- 9+ years of professional experience, with proven success as a Change/Release Manager or Continuous Improvement Leader;
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Lean Six Sigma methodology (LSS Green/Black Belt preferred);
- Solid technological understanding of IT systems and infrastructures;
- Functional knowledge of finance-related domains is a plus;
- Highly rigorous and proactive, with excellent written communication and analytical skills;
- Ability to remain composed and provide reassurance in stressful or crisis situations;
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with a collaborative approach;
- Fluency in English (mandatory);
- French is a plus.

Mandatory requirement: Living in Portugal or holding legal authorization to reside in Portugal.
