What is this challenge about:

• Lead the definition and implementation of an enterprise-level consolidated reporting solution for sales volumes.
• Identify, validate, and integrate multiple governed data sources into a unified architecture.
• Collaborate with global business stakeholders, technical teams, and project sponsors.
• Coordinate workshops, roadmap discussions, and cross-team alignment activities.
• Ensure clear, structured communication with contributors and decision-makers.
• Define and document logical datasets within a Data Catalog tool.
• Map logical datasets to their physical implementations and ensure consistency.
• Document business processes, data rules, ownership, and responsibilities.
• Represent both business needs and technical feasibility throughout the project lifecycle.

What we are looking for

• Senior experience in data, analytics, BI, and data-driven project leadership;
• Strong communication skills, including experience engaging senior leadership;
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken);
• Background in business & IT process analysis and requirements gathering;
• Familiarity with Data Governance, MDM, and data architecture practices;
• Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Sales/Finance business domains;
• Experience working with agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and technical teams;
• Excellent organisational skills with a structured planning and communication approach;
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to synthesize information quickly;
• Fluent level of English & French (mandatory);
• Availability to work hybrid in Lisbon, 3x per week in the office.
