Scrum Master

Dellent is a consulting company focused in System Information and Telecommunications. Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. 

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for a Scrum Master to work in project in Porto (Hybrid).

What are we looking for?

-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field;
-A certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is preferred;
-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing Agile teams in the software development field, preferably within the payments or financial services industry;
-Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices, with hands-on experience applying them in complex environments;
-Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members effectively;
-Experience working in an international environment and ability to manage virtual teams across different time zones;
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
-Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex challenges while maintaining a focus on team success;
-Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) is a plus;
-Good level of English - minimum B2 (mandatory);
-Good level of French – nice to have;
-Availability to come to the office 2 days per week (flexible);
-Availability to travel abroad for short periods of time, if required.
