Job Description:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) Architect with strong technical leadership skills and the ability to define, design and govern complex solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the FSM module, including configuration, customization and best-practice implementation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with development teams, guiding them through architectural decisions, reviewing technical deliverables, and ensuring alignment with platform standards. You will also play a key role in customer-facing discussions, translating business requirements into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow architectures. Strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving and the ability to manage stakeholders at multiple levels are essential.

Must-Have:

  • More than 7 years of experience in system development or enterprise platforms
  • At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow, including deep expertise in Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow FSM solutions
  • Strong technical architecture skills, including solution design, integration patterns, data modelling and platform governance
  • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams (developers, admins, analysts)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and architectural documentation
  • Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken)
  • Availability to work in a hybrid work model
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and client-facing skills

Would be great if you have:

  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, FSM, CTA or CAD
  • Experience with integration frameworks (REST/SOAP), ServiceNow Scoped Apps or CSM
