Description
Um/a Application Support bem-sucedido/a deve ter:
- Provide technical support for software applications in use across the organization.
- Analyze and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on system updates and improvements.
- Monitor application performance and implement proactive measures to enhance efficiency.
- Document issues, resolutions, and changes to maintain an accurate knowledge base.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices in incident, problem, and change management.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on application functionalities.
- Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities.
Profile
A successful Application Support should have:
- Experience in application support.
