What is this challenge about:

• Analyze functional requirements and business documentation to understand system behavior and expected outcomes.
• Design and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and detailed functional test cases.
• Execute manual testing on web applications, mobile applications, and internal systems.
• Validate business processes, functional rules, and integrations between systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools (e.g. Jira).
• Ensure delivered features comply with defined requirements and quality standards.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and validation meetings.
• Support end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure product quality before each production release.

What we are looking for:

• +2 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong ability to analyze functional and business requirements.
• Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g. Jira).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Living in Portugal.
• Fluent level of English and Portuguese.
