What is this challenge about
•    Build and maintain backend systems supporting AI/ML workloads using .NET C#;
•    Integrate and deploy machine learning models and AI services into production pipelines;
•    Work with data streaming platforms (Kafka) and databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch) to handle high-volume AI data efficiently;
•    Deliver high-quality, production-ready software in collaboration with the team;
•    Review code with a focus on maintainability, performance, and scalability for AI workloads;
•    Ensure documentation and guidelines exist for critical AI systems;
•    Monitor AI systems in production, respond to incidents, and troubleshoot model or data issues;
•    Make technical decisions, evaluating trade-offs for AI infrastructure and model deployment;
•    Mentor other engineers on AI integration, best practices, and new technologies.

What we are looking for
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field;
•    5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, preferably with backend systems supporting AI/ML;
•    Strong experience with .NET C# and building microservices;
•    Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures, streaming (Kafka), and databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch);
•    Familiarity with deploying ML models and managing AI pipelines;
•    Experience with CI/CD, Agile environments, and automated testing;
•    Ability to solve complex technical problems, particularly around AI data and model integration;
•    Experience mentoring and sharing technical knowledge within a team;
•    Knowledge of frontend (Angular/Node.js) and feature flags is a plus.
•    Fluent in English.
