As a Senior Healthcare IT Project Manager – Cybersecurity & Compliance, you will be working for our client, a leader in the healthcare sector, dedicated to advancing digital health solutions with a focus on security and regulatory compliance. You will drive complex projects that safeguard patient data and ensure regulatory adherence, fostering innovation and resilience in healthcare delivery.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate healthcare IT projects focused on cybersecurity and compliance, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks to maintain project health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and healthcare professionals, to align project objectives.
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements across projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and insights.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Project Management, particularly within the healthcare sector.
• Proven experience in cybersecurity and/or information security projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP®, CAPM®, PRINCE2®).
• Fluent in English, with at least B2 level command.
• Excellent coordination, planning, and monitoring skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Proficiency in Portuguese.
• Additional certifications in cybersecurity or compliance.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English.
