Must-Have:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Salesforce-driven projects and environments
• Solid experience with Salesforce Field Service, including configuration, processes, and best practices
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and functional requirements management
• Experience translating business needs into clear User Stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Solid understanding of business processes and process mapping methodologies
• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement gathering sessions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify impacts, risks, and dependencies across business processes and systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with business and technical teams
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and backlog management practices
• English fluency at minimum B2 level

Would be great if you have:

• Previous experience working in Salesforce ecosystems, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omnistudio, or related solutions
• Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Administrator, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce credentials
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, flows, and integrations
• Experience in digital transformation, CRM implementation, or enterprise platform projects
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent collaboration and project management tools
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within structured delivery environments
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions
• Experience supporting UAT processes, go-live activities, and change management initiatives
• Valued academic background in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or similar
