Senior ServiceNow Developer – ITSM Platform

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer – ITSM Platform, you will be working for our client, a leading technology-driven organization dedicated to elevating enterprise service delivery. You will help build, customize, and optimize ServiceNow ITSM modules, supporting their mission to deliver seamless, scalable digital solutions that empower IT operations and enhance user experience. Your main responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules according to best practices, ensuring platform stability and scalability.
• Participate actively in implementing Incident Management, Problem Management, and upcoming ServiceNow applications.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintain platform configurations that are upgrade-friendly and aligned with ServiceNow standards.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and end users to rollout new functionalities and provide ongoing support.
• Contribute to platform governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Keep abreast of new ServiceNow features and recommend enhancements to maximize organizational value.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM modules within ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience customizing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow platforms.
• Knowledge of CMDB is a strong plus.
• Experience with platform governance, upgrade management, and documentation best practices.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• ServiceNow certifications or additional ITIL certifications.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.

Language required for the role:

• Fluent English.
