As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will be working for our client, a forward-thinking leader in tech innovation. You will play a vital role in enhancing testing strategies, developing cutting-edge test assets, and driving continuous improvement across the Test Factory. Your main responsibilities:

• Act as a technical leader, identifying and developing test assets for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure test cases are automated by the team according to industry standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate test automation within CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain up-to-date automated test cases in operational environments for maximum efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Optimize testing processes to improve efficiency, coverage, and quality.
• Lead efforts to implement DevOps practices within the testing lifecycle.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in QA automation, testing, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in developing automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps principles and tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages relevant to test automation.
• Solid understanding of continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive mindset.
• Fluent command of English and French.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Certifications in testing or DevOps methodologies.
• Experience working within international or multicultural teams.
