Job Description: Business Analyst role acting as the link between business areas, Product Owners and technical teams, with a focus on Data projects. Requirements gathering and workshops, User Story definition and follow-up, functional validation and UAT support, in close collaboration with Developers, Data Engineers and QA.

Must-Have:

• Up to 3 years of experience as Business Analyst
• Requirements elicitation and analysis with business stakeholders
• Facilitation of meetings and workshops with stakeholders
• Creation and maintenance of User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria
• Hands-on work with Jira
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum
• SQL for data analysis and validation
• Ability to turn loosely defined business needs into clear, implementable functional requirements
• Support in test case preparation, UAT and defect follow-up
• Strong communication, organization, analytical and problem-solving skills

Would be great if you have:

• Confluence experience
• Background in Data & Analytics projects, namely User Stories on data integration, transformation, delivery and consumption
• Exposure to Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure and/or Power BI
