Responsibilities:

• Support IT portfolio planning, prioritization, and regular reviews, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, expected business benefits, risks, and available resources.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable insights, business cases, roadmaps, and management presentations.

• Maintain and manage application portfolio information using LeanIX, ensuring accurate documentation of application ownership, dependencies, and alignment with business initiatives.

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to monitor IT costs, budget forecasts, resource allocation, and project delivery progress.

• Collaborate with Business, IT, and Finance teams to improve data quality, automate reporting processes, and enhance cost allocation transparency.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, support the implementation of IT governance processes, document key decisions, and follow up on agreed actions.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize portfolio management, reporting, and decision-making processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Business Analysis, IT Portfolio Management, IT Governance, or IT Transformation projects.

• Hands-on experience with LeanIX, including application portfolio management, application ownership, and dependency mapping.

• Strong practical experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting, and data modeling.

• Good understanding of IT financial management, including cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.

• Experience supporting portfolio prioritization, strategic planning, and resource allocation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business questions into clear recommendations.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across Business, IT, and Finance teams.

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver structured, high-quality outputs.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Interest in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve business analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in Strategy Consulting, Management Consulting, or internal advisory roles.

• Experience contributing to IT governance frameworks and portfolio management process improvements.

• Experience identifying and implementing AI-driven improvements in reporting and analytical workflows.
