We’re seeking someone to lead practical AI adoption across our organisation.
We’re looking for someone to turn AI into real results across our organisation, from finding the right opportunities to implementing, validating and training people to use them. You understand AI, automation and data, and can turn business needs into practical solutions that technical and non-technical colleagues both use. Real ownership, a company-wide role, and the chance to shape how Klaveness works, starting with our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.
Location: Avintes, Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate AI opportunities at job, process and function level.
- Monitor available AI tools and relevant off-the-shelf solutuions in the market.
- Plan, implement and validate AI solutions, including generative AI and automation.
- Prepare and use internal data sources required for AI applications and ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant legislation.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing system and processes, particulary with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment.
- Monitor implemented solutions and their business benefits.
- Act as company-wide super user for selected AI solutions and provide training and support to employees.
- Cooperate with external specialists where required.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree (EQF Level 6) in a technological field (Licenciatura em Área Tecnológica - nível 6 QNQ/QEQ) or an equivalent pre-Bologna higher-education qualification.
- Good understanding of AI tools, automation and data and a strong interest in their pratical business application.
- Abilty to understand business processes and translate needs into pratical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Good command of English; Portuguese required.
