We are pleased to announce the 8th event from our MoT community on “Testing Pyramid: How to use them to accelerate value delivery” with Phillip Vetter, Head of Development at Exclaimer This event is organized jointly with MoT Leiria and Exclaimer.

The talk will be held in English, and the Q&A session will be in Portuguese if possible.

From: Manual testing, no automation, limited unit-test and siloed dev and QA functions.
To: Full CI/CD, Shift Left through the testing pyramid, full automation trusted testing, ephemeral environments and combined scrum teams where everyone is an Engineer.

SPEAKER - Phillip Vetter
Started my career during a year in industry at Mcafee / Dr Solomon's Anti-Virus as a QA Engineer, moving on to a small aerospace company after finishing university as a QA Engineer responsible to testing aerospace equipment and developing the automated testing tools used in development and equipment production. This lead me to move into a product development role where I developed data analysis software.
From there I moved on to Exclaimer, initially as a developer when there was only 4 product developers. I have grown and expanded my skills as the business has grown taking on the role of Head of Development.
