We are looking for a Functional SAP SD/CS consultant for a project for Lisbon or Porto (hybrid): 

Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with the domain team for knowledge sharing and risk identification;
- Promote global business processes;
- Follow documentation and process policies;
- Proactively detect risks and blockers;
- Support business users to ensure solution adherence;
- Handle L2 escalations, perform root cause analysis and fixes;
- Hand over to offshore teams;
- Manage customizing with local teams when needed;
- Provide SAP recommendations; ensure verification and regression testing.

Requirements:

- 5+ year of experience in similar roles
- Experience with SAP Customer Service;
- Technical knowledge accelerates incident troubleshooting (basic debugging/technical objects);
- Basic SAP CS knowledge is also valuable as incidents/enhancements may involve this module
