 What is this challenge about

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives within the Trade Finance sector;
  • Engage in the design of functionalities, including data modeling, processing, screen layouts in relation to UI-UX, and lead effective user workshops;
  • Break down requirements into user stories and formalize them in JIRA for Agile sprints;
  • Configure the FBTI software, including DTU and system tailoring, or implement FBTI modules;
  • Conduct testing of functionalities and enhancements, including non-regression testing using tools like xRAY, and assist with user acceptance testing;
  • Provide support for user incidents, assisting with analysis, resolution, and training post-implementation;
  • Manage and prioritize functional incidents, ensuring timely resolutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

 What we are looking for

  • At least 4 years of experience with similar roles;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in configuration and testing on the FBTI software;
  • Proven experience in design missions (data modeling & processing, UML methodologies, screen mockups related to UX-UI, and effective user workshops) is highly appreciated;
  • Sufficient experience to lead small projects and committees in delegation from the Squad Lead;
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, including the writing and breaking down of user stories (notably using JIRA);
  • Strong priority management skills, including the ability to propose trade-offs in a constrained budget environment;
  • Knowledge of SQL is appreciated;
  • Autonomy and strong communication skills, capable of working within an Agile squad and with end users for incident resolution, assistance, and needs analysis;
  • Good level of English – minimum B2 (mandatory).
