What we are looking for

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a background in Computer Science or similar;
• Strong Python, PyTorch, and scikit-learn skills;
• Solid knowledge of ML methods (supervised, unsupervised, RL, neural nets);
• Hands-on with NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI (RAG, agents, multimodal, etc.);
• Experience in data prep, feature engineering, and model evaluation;
• Skilled in MLOps (scaling, monitoring, optimization) and CI/CD tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Skaffold);
• Fluent level of English (mandatory);
• Work model is Remote (must be residing in Portugal)
