 What is this challenge about

• Be a point of contact for users and other IT teams for any topic related with Summit Securities system;
• Investigate functional and technical issues related to daily global securities activity;
• Respond to users’ requirements and interact with different stakeholders at different levels;
• Document in clear and structured way production issues, their analysis, and solutions;
• Create and modify reports/data extractions according to user needs using for the effect SQL and system internal tools;
•  Ensure system availability, in close collaboration with business analysts, developers and production teams.

 What we are looking for

• At least 4 years of experience with similar roles;
• Experience with SQL;
• Good communication skills;
• Be interested to learn the Global Markets business;
• Ability to work in an international environment;
• Organization, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects;
• Good client relationship;
• Good level of English – minimum B2 (mandatory);
• Previous experience in support is a plus.
