Join the yellow team as our new Senior DevOps Engineer!
Role:
- We are seeking Senior DevOps Engineers to strengthen our infrastructure and operations teams. These roles are focused on ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical systems in highly available environments.
- You may be specialized either in Kubernetes operations or in Database & Messaging systems (Postgres, MariaDB, Solace, etc.), but flexibility to support broader DevOps tasks is expected.
- Participation in the on-call rotation is part of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and optimize production-grade systems ensuring reliability and scalability.
- For Kubernetes-focused roles: manage, monitor, and troubleshoot complex Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments.
- For Database/MQ-focused roles: manage and troubleshoot Postgres, MariaDB, or message queue systems (e.g., Solace), providing upstream fixes and proactive optimizations.
- Participate in on-call support rotations, ensuring incidents are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Develop automation tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, QA, product) to ensure smooth delivery pipelines.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
- Strong operational background with one of the following:
- Kubernetes & container orchestration (mandatory for Kubernetes-focused role).
- Databases (Postgres, MariaDB) and/or Message Queue services (Solace or similar) (mandatory for DB/MQ-focused role).
- Experience with Linux-based systems and shell scripting.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
