What is this challenge about

• Drive the integration roadmap for recent acquisitions into client's Data Lake and API infrastructure—you own the timeline, outcomes, and business impact;
• Own and evolve the real-time and historical API product strategy, from conception through monetization;
• Take initiative in identifying market opportunities, competitive gaps, and customer pain points without waiting for direction
• Be accountable for product success metrics, adoption rates, and revenue impact;
• Lead and influence distributed engineering, partner development, and customer success teams across Americas, EMEA, and APAC timezones;
• Drive alignment across product, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support organizations spanning multiple geographies;
• Navigate complexity by building strong relationships with global stakeholders and fostering effective asynchronous collaboration;
• Take ownership of removing blockers and driving decisions across organizational and geographic boundaries;
• Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that balances acquisition integration, API evolution, and market innovation;
• Lead end-to-end product development by actively participating in sprint ceremonies and translating strategic vision into Features, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria;
• Drive competitive intelligence through continuous market analysis, staying ahead of industry trends in data platforms, analytics, and AI;
• Champion customer-centricity by establishing direct relationships with customers globally, managing beta programs, and translating feedback into product outcomes.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Data Analytics; MBA or advanced degree preferred;
• 5+ years of product management experience with proven accountability for data platform growth and B2B analytics products;
• Demonstrated success building and scaling APIs for internal/external consumers, including API monetization strategies;
• Track record of leading distributed, cross-functional teams across multiple timezones to deliver high-quality products on time;
• Proven ability to take initiative, drive complex projects to completion, and be accountable for business outcomes;
• Strong hands-on experience with data processing technologies, cloud data warehousing solutions (GCP BigQuery, DataStore, Pub/Sub highly preferred);
• Deep understanding of API design, development, and lifecycle management;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery;
• Exceptional communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders across cultures and timezones;
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment in complex, matrixed organizations;
• Strong customer engagement skills with track record of capturing accurate requirements, validating use cases, and driving product adoption;
• Executive presence for presenting to customers, partners, and internal leadership;
• Fluent level of English.
