 We’re hiring: Python / AI Tech Lead – Drive Enterprise GenAI Solutions

We’re looking for an experienced Python / AI Tech Lead to join our AI and Data Engineering team delivering large-scale Generative AI solutions for leading enterprises across the US and Europe

This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on Python development — driving the delivery of production-grade AI systems built with LLMs, embeddings, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph

Location: Fully remote / Europe-based

 Your mission

• Design and develop scalable AI-powered platforms using Python, applying advanced ML and DL principles
• Lead end-to-end delivery from data ingestion to model deployment and API integration
• Collaborate with cloud, data, and product teams to define architecture and implementation strategy
• Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to software delivery best practices
• Drive PoCs and industrialisation of Generative AI solutions using enterprise-grade frameworks
• Optimise models and infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and performance in production environments
