What is this challenge about
•    Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, develop, maintain, and support AI-based solutions;
•    Build and deploy solutions using Natural Language Processing (NLP), traditional statistical methods, and supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms;
•    Contribute to improvements in search efficiency, content creation, customer experience, and data-driven product innovation;
•    Design and implement scalable, production-ready AI services within microservices architectures;
•    Develop and maintain APIs (RESTful, asynchronous, etc.) to expose AI capabilities;
•    Work with multilingual data and understand challenges related to language diversity;
•    Apply innovative AI techniques to solve real business problems;
•    Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI Engineering, proposing new approaches and technologies when relevant;
•    Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, maintainability, and reliability.

What we are looking for
•    Minimum experience:
    •        At least 3 years of experience as an Engineer;
    •        Or 5+ years of experience if the highest academic degree is a Bachelor’s degree;
•    Strong proficiency in Scala (mandatory)
•    Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
•    Experience developing content-based applications
•    Strong knowledge of microservices architectures
•    Solid understanding of AI techniques, including: Natural Language Processing (NLP), Classification, Clustering, Optimization, Deep Neural Networks, 
•    Good understanding of the mathematical foundations, as well as the strengths and limitations of AI techniques in real-world scenarios
•    Knowledge of data structures, semantic extraction, and text representation in NLP contexts
•    Ability to write clean, production-ready code
•    Fluent in English.
