Junior Project Manager – Healthcare and Cybersecurity

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leader in the healthcare industry committed to advancing health services through innovative technology and secure digital solutions. Your main responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Support senior project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects related to healthcare and cybersecurity
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations
• Assist in risk management, reporting, and documentation to ensure project compliance and transparency
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project methodologies and best practices
• Monitor project progress and escalate issues proactively to ensure project success

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in project management, especially within healthcare
• Experience in cybersecurity and information security fields
• Valid project management certification (PMP®, CAPM®, or PRINCE2®)
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level), Portuguese proficiency is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing priorities

It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)

• Additional certifications in cybersecurity or health IT
• Experience working with international teams and stakeholders

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
