As a Senior Java Developer, you will be working for our client, a pioneering company in the tech industry dedicated to delivering scalable and reliable software solutions. You will contribute to key projects that drive digital transformation and enhance user experiences across global markets. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications, ensuring they meet functional and performance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the technical documentation and best practices around software development.
• Ensure code security, reliability, and scalability in a remote setup.
• Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry trends to bring innovative ideas into projects.
• Participate in technical assessments early in the recruitment process, demonstrating strong proficiency in Java competencies.

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Java, preferably Java 21
• Strong proficiency in designing testable, efficient, and scalable code
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS SQS, SNS, DynamoDB
• Knowledge of high concurrency, high availability, and transactional platforms
• Working experience with client-server protocols like SOAP and REST
• Expertise in applying established design patterns and promotes code reusability
• Proven experience with software lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work independently and collaboratively.

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with GraphQL, WunderGraph Cosmo
• Familiarity with Datadog or similar monitoring tools
• Exposure to microservices architecture and DevOps best practices
• Certifications related to Java or software development.

Language Required for the role:

• Fluent English command, both spoken and written.
